Mikki is suspicious when she is refused entry to a small
town fete - a fete run by to strange but flawlessly beaufiul girls and
an equally beautiful young man. Tarot's interest is only aroused when
he discovers that the fete, which makes no charges, gives prizes of valuable
equipment.
